Central Bucks police were called Ventresca's Tailoring at 145 West State Street in Doylestown when a security alarm was tripped at about 1:30 a.m., the department said in a statement.

On arrival, officers said they found 23-year-old Jean Carlos Ortega-Garrido "partially undressed" with merchandise strewn across the store. Ortega-Garrido's own clothes were found in a dressing room, they added.

Investigators believe the 23-year-old forced entry through the shop's front door, causing damage, and also accused him of breaking ceiling tiles and a metal bracket.

Ortega-Garrido was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of a $25,000 bond, court records show. He's charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, and related counts, and is due back in court for a preliminary on Feb. 6.
